I can't say enough good things about Pure Clean as a carpet cleaning contractor! This past week, I had them come to do several rooms and was incredibly pleased with everything that happened. They promptly confirmed my appointment and, when calling me to re-confirm early in the afternoon on the appointment day, were willing and able to come early at my request. Their technician, Donovan, was a complete pro, providing cheerful and courteous service, explaining everything clearly, including the cost estimating process and service options. He then set to work and did a fantastic job. This company cleans with pure filtered water with a process that doesn't leave behind any chemical odors or residue. I was completely pleased with the results and the whole experience. I will use them again in the future without hesitation. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
